This booking service operates as an intermediary platform connecting travellers with local vehicle rental operators. We facilitate reservations and forward your details to the selected supplier. The rental agreement itself forms directly between you and that operator - not with this platform. Your voucher specifies which company provides the vehicle, contact details, pick-up location, and applicable terms including insurance coverage, mileage policy, fuel rules, and any additional fees.

User Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information during reservation. Driver age, licence validity, and other eligibility criteria remain the supplier's domain - check your voucher before travel. Any disputes about vehicle condition, billing, or service quality go to the operator named in your confirmation. You agree to follow local traffic regulations: urban speed limit 40 km/h, rural 90 km/h, motorway 110 km/h. Right-hand traffic applies throughout Albania.

Payment and Cancellation

Booking advance secures your reservation online. The remaining balance and payment method appear in your voucher - typically settled at the supplier counter. Cancellation windows vary by operator. Check your confirmation email for specific deadlines. We process advance payments but do not collect final rental fees.

Liability Limits

This service provides information and booking facilitation. We cannot guarantee vehicle availability, specific models, or supplier performance. Claims for damage, theft, accidents, or contract breaches belong between you and the rental operator. Insurance coverage - including collision damage waiver, third-party liability, and theft protection - follows the terms outlined in your voucher. Road conditions can change: mountain route SH20 to Theth paved recently, yet winter closures may occur. Llogara tunnel on SH8 opened in 2024.

Modifications and Updates

These conditions may change without prior notice. Continued use of this booking service after updates implies acceptance. Each reservation snapshot captures terms active at that moment. Governing Framework

Use of this platform constitutes agreement with the terms above. Misuse - including fraudulent bookings, spam, or attempts to bypass the reservation system - results in access termination. Suppliers operate under their own commercial licences and local regulations. Tirana International Nene Tereza airport (TIA Rinas) lies 17 km northwest of the capital, roughly 25 minutes via Rruga e Durresit. Fuel chains Kastrati, Gulf, and A1 serve main routes. Sarande to Corfu ferry takes approximately 30 minutes.
